Carolina ABA, LLC is recruiting individuals who are reliable, trustworthy, energetic, committed, compassionate, and motivated to join our team of professionals who provide Applied Behavior Analysis-ABA Therapy. 

The Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) is a paraprofessional who practices under a BCBA-D, BCBA, or a BCaBA and is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of applied behavior-analytic services

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clear background checks
• 40 hour RBT training course is required and provided 
• CPR certified or commitment to become CPR certified before starting the position
• Punctual
• Reliable

Job Type

• Ability to be a play partner with a child in order to play with them
• Experience with disabilities
• Full-time - Must work 30 - 40 hours per week
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilties include but are not limited to:

• Data collection
• Follow the treatment plan as designed by the BCBA
